| Burnett's has been our place of choice ever since we've moved to Manhattan, KS. They have been consistently courteous, kind, and FAIR. On this last visit, our vehicle had a difficult to diagnose and relatively big problem. They did work on a problem that they thought the car had, but when they realized that they were wrong, they told us and did not charge us for the misdiagnosis. Then, they found and fixed what was actually wrong with the car and even discounted that service--amazing!!! |
