| Wow! Great service! I couldn't start my car for two days, so had it taken into Burnett's Automotive. They kept it for two additional days, checking everything, but for some reason the car started for them every time. They were thorough, but didn't even charge me anything for their service and time! Definitely recommend! (It has been about a month and my car is running great) |

| I love you guy, I drive 45 min to get work on my truck done. When I go to you, you fix things you don't break things and then ask me to pay for the things you break. Only down side, you're a little pricey but I over look that because of your excellent service. |

| Pushy sales person. Didn't need alignment tried to sell me one anyway. Tells me I need to change my oil every 5,000 miles and I use synthetic. Got angry when I told him his oil change interval is outdated. Would have rated a 5 if it wasn't for this guy. |

| Always friendly, takes a while to get an appointment but they are just busy. Two things have put me off going here though. First: told them I needed my car at a certain time and had to wait an extra 2 hours for it. Wasn't a big deal at the time. Second:I just went back for regular maintenance and was told I needed a $400 repair. I had two other certified mechanics just check for issues in the area, not telling them what I had been told, and both said everything was fine. Super shady, not going back. Don't need the stress of thinking something is wrong with my car when there might not be. |

| Totally misdiagnosed my car. Took it to a different shop, fixed it that day and saved myself over $1000. |

| Was charged $70 for a basic oil change. Even said my car "required" a particular kind of oil when it did not just to jump the price up. Not coming back again. |
| Shop Comment We apologize for your dissatisfaction with the oil change service - The Service Advisor made the Full Synthetic oil recommendation based off of General Motors/Cadillac & also Carquest's fluid requirement for that specific car. Our regular oil change price includes up to 5 quarts of oil, in which this CTS requires six, and the average oil filter price is normally about 3.50-4.50, with the CTS filter being slightly more expensive at $7.48. I apologize if that wasn't the way it was communicated at the time of the service. |
